PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The cost for this program is approximately $85-$325 per player for the Fall 2006 season that will begin in August.  The amount of travel is minimal, and the variety of competition is huge.  All players play at least 1/2 of each game.

These teams will participate in the largest recreational league in the upstate.  This league is very unique in that team skill levels are determined in the first few weeks, then all the teams are re-bracketed to put teams of like ability together.  Teams of all age groups will be formed, and separate boys & girls teams are available.

We want your recreational soccer experience to be as enjoyable as possible.  If you have specific friends that you want to play with - just let us know and we will do everything possible to place you on the same team.  You can even sign up an entire team with us if you want.  Skill levels do not matter (as you will understand by reading below about the way the league runs).  The whole object is to learn and have fun.

VERY IMPORTANT -  Due to the size of this league - ALL AGE GROUPS ARE AVAILABLE FOR BOTH GENDERS.  If we have enough players to assemble a team of a specific gender in one of these age groups - there are plenty of teams to compete with.

Practices will be held twice per week.  Mondays from 6 pm - 7 pm will be footskills practice.  The other practice is at the desecration of the team / coach (location to be determined by the team membership).

Recreational teams will use a volunteer coach (normally a parent of one of the players).  The coach must agree to obtain NSCAA or USSF certification in youth modules.  The cost of this certification will be paid for by the club.  (See below for mandatory training dates for coaches which have not yet been certified.)

Locations
The games will be hosted in Greenville, SC at either the MESA or the Wenwood complexes and will be held on Saturdays or Sunday afternoons and Friday evenings.  (It is possible that one or two weekday games may be played during the season if necessary due to the size of the league.)  These complexes are approximately 25 minutes from the USC Upstate youth fields (very similar amount of travel time as to Canaan Road facility.)  Additional sites may be used if necessary.

There will be a 12 game schedule for all teams. As long as we play 8 games we will not reschedule make ups.
